• Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being destroyed by customs or returned to India. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund on the original shipping cost, and any refund issued will be subject to deduction of return charges levied by the courier.

Damages, Insurance, and Risk

• If Damaged: If your order arrives broken, you must:
